ABOUT US

We had always loved working in bars. The buzz and the energy that is created when good drinks and great people come together is pure magic! We love looking out over a crowd, or coming home after an event, knowing that everyone had a great time - and that we helped create such a positive and warm atmosphere, and making memories.

We set up the Lucky Buck to take this passion to the next level, to run our own bar as a family and take our passion for quality drinks and excellent customer service - direct to the customer.

We restored and converted The Lucky Buck (Bucky, as she is more affectionately known!) ourselves, from a vintage British built trailer - to the mobile bar we know and love today, perfect for weddings, events, birthdays and much more, 

Attention to detail, quality, and customer service are at the heart of all we do. We also have a full sustainability policy in place, including an annual donation to Trees for Cities.

We hold a full alcohol license and can support with wider event planning such as securing temporary events notices, where required. We have our own power source, and can operate indoors or outdoors - as long as there is sufficient access. Our base is in Watford, and we typically service the Herts, Beds, & Bucks areas as well as some parts of Essex. We can travel to any UK location, but there may be a higher minimum spend required.

If you require any specific brands or premium drinks, just let us know in advance and we will always try our best to accommodate. You can also find optional offers such as pimp my gin, cocktail making masterclasses, or personalised cocktail menus within our brochure.

For public events, we hold full liability insurance and can produce full paperwork (including electrical testing certificates) if required.
