There are no hidden costs, just a minimum spend. All of our packages include;

• Hire of The Lucky Buck

• Fully licensed 

• Fully staffed 

• Set up and removal 

• Support with (and covers cost of) event notice where required

1. THE HORSE & NO CHAINS (paid bar)

​

If you want to offer an open bar to your guests, this is the option for you. There is a minimum spend of £295, which is paid in advance to secure the booking. Your guests then run up a tab, and you settle the bill at the end of the event (minus the £295 fee.)

2. THE HALFWAY HORSE (part paid, part cash)

​

If you want to put a fixed amount of money behind the bar with a limit, and then switch to your guests paying, this is the option for you. There is a minimum spend of £295, which must be paid in advance to secure the booking. Tell us the amount you want to fix as your limit for the paid bar, and we will give you drink tokens which you can distribute fairly among your guests (for a fair crack at the whip!) Once they have used their tokens, we switch to a cash bar.  

Alternatively, you can tell us a limit and we will run a tab to this amount, which we will then settle with you (minus the £295 already paid.) We will then switch to a cash bar.

3. ONLY FOALS AND HORSES (cash bar)

If you want your guests to pay for their drinks as they go, then this is the option for you. There is a minimum spend of £295, paid in advance, to secure the booking. This is fully refundable within seven days of your event, as long as the minimum spend has been met.

We do offer a dry bar package, if you want to supply your own drinks - this is £150 per hour for a minimum of four hours. Please contact us to discuss this option further, or for bookings at public events.
